The Department of
Civil Engineering in association with the Institution

for Technical Education organized a five day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on ‘CE 8403 - Applied Hydraulic Engineering during 02.12.2019 to 06.12.2019. Totally 25
participants from different Engineering colleges participated in Faculty
Development Programme. An Industrial visit to the 'Institute
of Hydraulics and Hydrology, Poondi' was arranged for the members of
the programme.
The
Alumni meet ‘SHIMMER 2019’ was organised
on 08.12.2019 (Sunday) at SRM Valliammai Engineering College. 14 alumni from the
department of Civil Engineering participated in the Alumni meet.
